We like to reward loyal service, when team members have been with us for more than 3 years we reward them with an extra day holiday for every year of service, up to a maximum of 5 days. We also provide an additional day of leave for their birthday in addition to the normal holiday entitlement!

Social Events

The firm holds a quarterly social event for our team, in addition to Christmas parties and summer socials. Activities have included a day at the races, escape rooms, bowling, darts, pool, meals out, and much more.

Flexible Working

Our offices are open plan, clean and modern. We ask that members of our team complete a minimum of 40% of their normal working hours at our office or client premises. The remainder of a team member’s normal working hours can be completed remotely from home or a suitable location of their choosing.

We operate a flexible working policy at KJG. Core hours are 10am – 4pm during which team members are required to work. The remainder of their contracted weekly hours are then made up at a time to suit them.

Career Progression

We fully appreciate that what a team member’s career looks like going forwards is critical in deciding which firm offers them the best future opportunities.

If a team member is joining on a training contract for either ACA or ACCA we do not want the future to be uncertain once they qualify.  Equally, if they are not on a training contract, they need to know what the future holds.

We have designed a progression matrix which sets out milestones to be reached and how these are monitored to help team members maximise their potential.

We also invest in non-technical training to equip team members with the skills to become a fully rounded business advisor.
