Steven is a Corporate Finance advisor specialising in fund-raising, management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisitions and disposals in all sectors. Business owners and directors value the advice Steven can give covering, business plans and forecasts, identification of appropriate vendors/purchasers/funders, negotiations with vendors/purchasers/funders, integrated tax planning, and overall project management of all parties involved (e.g. vendors, purchasers, funders, lawyers).

Peter Anderson, Corporate Recovery Partner

A Licensed Insolvency Practitioner focused primarily on corporate restructuring and insolvency and less mainstream personal insolvency work. Peter is able to advise on all business sectors with particular experienced in construction, manufacturing and outsourced employment, he also specialises in large and complex VAT and MTIC fraud cases.
Peter is always happy to have a chat with clients who are looking for restructuring, insolvency or exit advice and would like to think that most he has spoken to feel they were listened to without pressure or obligation.
Away from work, Peter can be found at Crossfit and is a former national level swimmer, he has also been known to occasionally play some tennis.
